Space开了一年半一来从没放过人物的照片, 因为觉得未经允许放别人照片不是特别好, 而自己也不是很喜欢照相.

这个惯例今天打破了, 添加了一些打球的朋友的照片, 耗子, 小D, Tony还有lili. 毕竟这个空间是反应我的生活的地方, 缺少了身边的朋友的生活怎么算是完整呢? 照片里我是谁? 用他们的话说, 男生合照里最矮的那个就是了.

最近好象很多习惯都在发生着变化. 我想是為了迎接新的生活在做准备吧.

My cousin's family came to us today for a short visit. I therefore took them to McMaster for a trip, along which I took some pictures. I've selected three of them and posted them under the "McMaster University" album - among them I like the vertical "University Hall" the best :)

It was surely hot out there, the occasional cool wind is much appreciated tho. I hope the weather can soon cool down a bit...sigh.

Motion Blur effect with Panning

I'm practicing photography of dynamic objects recently. One of the most important technique involved is of course "Panning" to create motion blur effects. This highlights the desired object and blurs the background, delivering visual impact really well.

I've created a new album called "Dynamic Objects" to store practicing shots. Feel free to comment on them. Any hints\tips would be great too!

New Album Released

The new photograph album titled "China, the Black and White" is now released to the public. These are some pictures I've taken during the summer trip back to China.

These are ordinary people, those that you could spot just about anywhere in China without putting too much effort. Granted, China is experiencing its economic boost for the past ten or fifteen years. But just before we get blinded by pride, we shall not forget the fact that a majority of the people are still in poverty.

Let's hope by the time I pay my next visit, I'll have to look a lot harder to catch a few shots like these.

Once again I've put up some recent photos from a trip to Kingston, Ontario. I've lived in there for three years before I came to Hamilton.

Ah...all the pleasant memories I had there...

Oh well. Please also note that all the photo have larger versions available for wallpaper\printing purposes. Remember to ask for them if you are interested ;)

Again, a new album released

I've received a few positive comments for the last few albums posted, which of course, motivated me to post a few more. So today I've decided to select a few nicer shots I got from this year's Toronto International Autoshow and create a new album. Enjoy!
